This is an on-site position located in San Antonio, TX. The Controller will oversee all aspects of financial management, including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting. This role involves preparing financial statements, ensuring compliance with financial regulations, managing accounts, and streamlining accounting operations. The Controller will work closely with organizational leadership to provide strategic financial insights to support informed decision-making.QualificationsStrong background in Financial Management, including managing budgets, overseeing audits, and preparing financial reports.Deep understanding of Accounting principles, expertise in General Ledger processes, and proficiency in financial software.Excellent Analytical and Problem-Solving skills to interpret complex financial data and provide actionable insights.Leadership and Team Management skills, with experience in leading and mentoring financial staff.Strong knowledge of Regulatory Compliance and internal control processes.Exceptional Written and Verbal Communication skills for effective collaboration and report presentation.Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.CPA or equivalent certification preferred.Experience in manufacturing financial management is a preferred.
