Process Engineering

Amtec is seeking a Process Engineer to work for a manufacturing company located in Anaheim, CA. We are looking for someone with a Lean background within a Manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate will have a lot of drive, won't be afraid to ask questions and will not be afraid to be "hands on" and get dirty! We will consider someone with less than 3 years of experience who wants to learn and advance within his/her career. My client has no problem "grooming" the right person! Qualifications 3+ years in an extrusion manufacturing environment Proven track record in manufacturing process troubleshooting and improvement Familiarity with quality assurance procedures and general statistics Proven track record in implementing and instructing personnel in the use of SPC tools to control, validate and improve processes Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Self starter with the flexibility to work in multiple roles in a team environment Desired Qualifications Strong organizational and management skills Experience in managing technicians and engineers Experience in using tools such as Six Sigma, DOE and PFMEA All your information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines. #J-18808-Ljbffr
