Shopkeeper Position At Jeni's Splendid Ice CreamsAt Jeni's, we're devoted to making better ice creams and bringing people together. Our scoop shops are at the heart of how we serve this mission. We view ice cream as a form of art.The job of the Shopkeeper is to lead the Shop team by training and role modeling exceptional customer service, beautiful scooping, hustling through lines and late night deep cleaning, and treating all customers and team members with care and respect. Shopkeepers are full-time employees also responsible for accounting, scheduling, inventory/ordering, and all HR functions (hiring, training, development, and performance management of all team members).
