What You’ll DoCoordinate and assist with the execution of plans supporting the organization's long-term permitting strategyWork closely with Engineering to create and review permit drawings and packagesResearch/navigate complex databases and use critical thinking analysis to provide proper permit applications according to known practices and guidelines.Acquire permit fee amounts, complete permit application, and submit check requests ensuring timely permitting submittal and on time performance of the permitting process.Prioritize permit submittals based upon review/lead times and schedules.Determine requirements for permit and plan submissions, including review and updates to standards and forms if required.Maintain detailed records and reports related to all communication and interaction with permitting agencies.What You’ll NeedTo be 18 years of age or older Minimum 1+ years of relevant work experience, formal trade, or technical skills trainingAuthorization to work in the United States for this companyHigh School Diploma, GED equivalent, or up to two years of basic understanding of permitting processesAssociate’s or Bachelor's Degree in a related field is preferredPhysical Abilities & ExposuresRoutinely: Work alone in remote locations, use keyboard and mouseOccasionally: Climbing stairs, Standing, Walking, operates vehiclesWhy grow your career with usYour career here is more than just a job — it's your pathway to opportunity.
