Automotive Service Advisor

Steel Classic Garage has a rare opening for an Automotive Service Advisor. Our top priorities are to provide elite service with even better communication. Our goal is to get the job done right the first time, without any surprises to the customer. About the position: ```Duties``` - Greet customers and provide excellent customer service both in person and over the phone - Effectively schedule vehicles for repair - Listen to customers' concerns and accurately document them - Work closely with our Automotive Technicians on each vehicle to ensure full comprehensive inspections have been completed timely and accurately - Provide customers with accurate estimates for repair costs and timeframes - Coordinate with technicians to ensure timely completion of repairs - Communicate with customers about the status of their vehicles and any additional repairs needed - Process payments and handle customer inquiries ```Requirements``` - Previous experience in automotive service or as a service technician a must - Knowledge of auto service management principles and practices - Familiarity with automotive diagnostics and repair procedures on classic vehicles - Proficiency in auto estimating and understanding of auto repair processes - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Excellent customer service abilities - Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills If you meet the above requirements and are looking for a challenging opportunity in the automotive industry, we encourage you to apply.
