IS HQ Systems Engineer – Identity ManagementManage the day-to-day operations, as well as the implementation of new technologies and upgrade of existing technologies, of Turner's Active Directory and Identity infrastructure and provide operational support for the Data Center, Business Unit, and Cloud environmentsEssential Duties & Responsibilities:Implement and troubleshoot Active Directory, Azure Active Directory, AAD Sync, SSO, Certificate Authorities, DNS, DHCP, ADFS, GPOs and other core Windows componentsManage Turner's Multifactor Authentication infrastructure and how it integrates with other environments.Technical administration, troubleshooting, documentation, and implementation of Windows systems.Own Root Cause Analysis and Problem Management for corporate Identity Management environment.Serves as the first line of escalation support for Active Directory and Identity-related issues that cannot be resolved by tier one and tier two support.Manage and maintain SSO for internal and external applications as well as set future SSO standards for the organization.Recommend and implement improvements to the Active Directory & Azure AD environments in accordance with Microsoft and industry best practices.Maintain systems in accordance with established policy and procedure, ensuring adherence to standards of operations. Collect, analyze, and report data used to forecast capacity planning needs.Provide ongoing support for existing Microsoft Server and Windows/Linux application environments in a secondary capacityEnsure up-to-date documentation of the infrastructure is maintained and recorded accuratelyEnsure that service level agreements are maintained at or above defined metricsImplement continuous improvement utilizing lean principles to enhance existing systems and processesOther activities, duties, and responsibilities as assignedRequired Qualifications:Expert knowledge of designing, testing, deploying, and maintaining Active Directory technologies, including Trusts, Domains, Sites and Services, DNS, DHCP, Group Policy Objects, Domain Controllers, and replication.In-depth knowledge and hands-on experience with Active Directory, Azure Active Directory, Azure Active Directory Domain Services, ADFS/MS-SSO, Azure Active Directory Connect, Intune, Exchange Online, Windows Server 2012 to 2022, and Windows securityStrong and proven scripting skills using PowerShell.Security best practices for Windows-based systems including PKI principles and components.Knowledge of Software as a Service (SaaS), Platform as a Service (PaaS) and Infrastructure as a Service (IaaS) - as it pertains to Enterprise Domain design and supportWorking knowledge and experience with Monitoring, Backup, and Disaster Recovery concepts and systemsStrong interpersonal and communication skillsProject management skillsStrong troubleshooting abilityCommunication and presentation skills to engage technical and non-technical audiencesUnderstand and apply Lean principlesBachelor's degree in computer science, computer information systems or related field and minimum of 4 years of work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experiencePhysical DemandsThe physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
