The PTA will work under the supervision of a Physical Therapist to help residents improve mobility, strength, balance, and overall functional independence. Must-Have Skills: ✔ Active California PTA License / Certification ✔ Strong patient care and communication skills ✔ Skilled Nursing Facility rehab experience ✔ Knowledge of therapeutic exercise and mobility techniques ✔ Accurate treatment documentation skills Experience Required: ✔ Minimum 3 year of PTA experience required ✔ SNF experience preferred ✔ NetHealth / Rehab Optima knowledge preferred Key Responsibilities: • Deliver therapy treatments under PT supervision • Assist residents with gait training, transfers, strengthening, and balance activities • Monitor resident progress and report changes to supervising PT • Educate residents on exercises and safety techniques • Maintain timely and accurate documentation • Collaborate with rehab team to achieve patient goals • Ensure safe treatment environment and equipment use CloudinfraIT Inc Job ID 295966.
