Business Intelligence Analyst

As we continue to expand, we are seeking a driven and strategic Business Intelligence Analyst to join our team.The BI Analyst plays a key role in connecting business needs with data-driven insights. This position involves developing a strong understanding of how data flows across systems, from its source to its transformation into meaningful information.Main responsibility is to ensure data accuracy, interpret trends, and provide actionable insights that support decision-making across the organization. The analyst is expected to go beyond standard reporting by identifying opportunities to improve efficiency, optimize performance, and support business growth.Key Responsibilities:Design, develop, and maintain BI dashboards, reports, and DAX calculations in Power BI.Perform data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and key metrics.Translate analytical findings into actionable insights for business stakeholders to support strategic decisions.Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and reliability across all BI outputs by understanding data lineage and validating data sources.Mentor and support Business Analysts team members, providing guidance on best practices, data modelling, and Power BI development.Support business users by providing guidance and training on BI tools, dashboards, and best practices for data-driven decision-making.Provide data-driven recommendations to improve efficiency, optimize performance, and support business decisions.Follow data governance policies, ensuring compliance with access, security, and privacy protocols.Required Skills and Experience:Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Mathematics or related field.Proficiency in Power BI for creating dashboards, reports, and visualizations.Working knowledge of DAX for business calculations, measures, and KPIs.Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.Effective communication and collaboration abilities.Excellent command of the English language. Preferably 2+ years in forex, fintech, or brokerage environments.Please note: This role is onsite and requires daily presence at our office.
