Millwork/Woodworking Machine Operator – 2nd Shift

TF Stairs is hiring an experienced Millwork/Woodworking Machine Operator to join our 2nd shift team. This role is ideal for someone with a solid woodworking or millwork background who is comfortable operating a variety of shop machinery in a fast-paced production environment. *Responsibilities:* * Operate planer, jointer, table saw, and miter saw safely and accurately * Read and interpret cut lists and specifications * Maintain quality standards on all cuts and finished pieces * Perform routine machine maintenance and keep work area clean and organized * Work efficiently to meet daily production goals *Requirements:* * Proven experience working with a planer, jointer, table saw, and miter saw * Background in woodworking, millwork, cabinetry, or a related trade * Ability to read tape measures and basic blueprints/cut sheets * Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety * Reliable and able to work independently once trained *Schedule:* * Monday–Friday (or specify days), 4:00 PM – 12:00 AM * 8-hour shift, 30-minute break Pay: $18.00 - $25.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week Work Location: In person
