This role is responsible for supervising crews, coordinating daily work activities, maintaining safety and quality standards, and ensuring projects are completed on schedule and within scope. The ideal candidate combines strong technical millwright expertise with proven leadership and project coordination experience.Key Responsibilities:Supervise and lead millwright crews performing installation, maintenance, and repair of industrial machineryPlan, schedule, and coordinate daily work activities to meet production and project deadlinesRead and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical documents to direct work accuratelyOversee troubleshooting and repairs of mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systemsEnforce safety policies, OSHA regulations, and company procedures on all job sitesCoordinate with project managers, plant personnel, and other trades to ensure smooth operationsTrack labor, materials, and equipment to maintain productivity and cost controlConduct job-site meetings, safety briefings, and progress updatesEnsure quality standards and workmanship are consistently metSupervisor / Superintendent Qualifications:5+ years of industrial millwright experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership or supervisory role xmcpwfuStrong background in industrial equipment installation, alignment, maintenance, and repairProven ability to lead crews, assign tasks, and maintain productivityAbility to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawingsStrong troubleshooting and problem-solving skillsExperience coordinating manpower, tools, and materials on industrial projectsExcellent communication and organizational skillsPhysically capable of performing field oversight and occasional hands-on workOSHA 10 certification (required)Willingness to undergo a pre-employment drug screening
