If that statement unsettles you, this role is not a fit. If it resonates, continue reading.Alpha students do not attend traditional lectures. They advance through adaptive software, absorb material at double the speed of conventional classrooms, and develop practical life competencies simultaneously. Your responsibility is to ensure three commitments are met for every child in your cohort: they enjoy school, they learn twice as fast, and they acquire skills no conventional curriculum provides. You will also train the Guides who fulfill these commitments across your campus.Your day begins with data review. Analytics reveal which students are progressing and which require intervention. By mid-morning you are facilitating a live workshop, guiding K-8 students through exercises on public speaking or concentration using Alpha's structured framework. Post-lunch, you observe a Guide leading a session, then provide them with three concrete actions to refine their approach. On certain days you serve as the motivational catalyst during engagement huddles, converting leaderboard rankings into momentum. You remain directly involved with your assigned student cohort while simultaneously developing Guides capable of meeting your benchmark—and as they do, your influence scales from one cohort to an entire campus. You will observe reserved children present with confidence to adults. You will witness a student who "despised school" request to remain after hours. And you will understand that the standard you maintained is precisely what enabled their growth—because upholding expectations demonstrates your belief in their capacity to exceed them.If you have broken performance records, transformed underachievers into top performers, and you are prepared to do it for children: submit your application now. What You Will Be DoingFacilitating one-hour live workshops with K-8 students covering life competencies such as public speaking, focus, and peer feedback, adhering to Alpha's structured curriculumDeveloping Guides through observation, precise feedback, and direct coaching so they execute workshops with equivalent energy and accuracyConducting daily motivational sessions designed to ensure 100% of students reach their weekly learning targets using developmentally appropriate incentives including school currency and leaderboardsAnalyzing Coachbot data and student records to flag students requiring support, then delivering personal interventionDirectly mentoring a small cohort of students yourself, demonstrating the coaching and motivational techniques you require from all GuidesWhat You Won’t Be DoingDeveloping lesson plans or creating curriculum.
