Project Manager – Heavy Civil | CarolinasA well-established, growing heavy civil contractor in the Carolinas is looking to bring on a Project Manager who can take full ownership of complex infrastructure work—from early planning through closeout.This isn’t a sit-back-and-manage-from-a-distance role.
