Job SummaryRegistered Nurse - Community Living Center (CLC)Position OverviewCompensation: 50.00/hr plus $5.09 for Health and WellnessWe are seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to provide high-quality care in a Community Living Center (CLC) setting. This role focuses on short-term rehabilitation, skilled nursing care, and long-term support for Veterans transitioning from acute care to home or community environments.Primary ResponsibilitiesKey ResponsibilitiesConduct comprehensive patient assessments and develop individualized care plansAdminister medications, IV therapy, tube feedings, and wound careProvide tracheostomy care, catheter management, and chronic disease supportAssist patients with activities of daily living (ADLs)Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to support recovery and discharge planningDocument care accurately in the electronic health record (EHR)Respond to medical emergencies and changes in patient conditionWork EnvironmentPost-acute rehab, dementia care, hospice, and skilled nursing unitsPatient population includes rehabilitation, respiratory, cognitive impairment, and end-of-life care Minimum QualificationsMinimum QualificationsGraduate of an accredited nursing program (ACEN or CCNE)Active RN license (Ohio or compact state)Current BLS certification (ACLS required for ICU/ED)Minimum 2 years of recent clinical experienceStrong English communication and documentation skillsAdditional RequirementsAbility to work 12-hour shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidaysCompletion of VA-required training (safety, HIPAA, EHR, etc.)Compliance with credentialing and privileging standardsAbility to float between units as neededAbout AptiveArrow ARC supports Veterans Health Administration facilities and offices across the U.S. with health care staffing and program support via the 10-year Integrated Critical Staffing Program (ICSP).
