Full Time Ob Registered NurseNear Pecos County & Odessa, TX. Up to $48/HR with day and night shifts, 12-hour shifts, and biweekly overtime. This role provides compassionate care to mothers and newborns across labor, delivery, and postpartum settings. The position is within a supportive, smaller hospital environment that values mentorship and professional growth.Key Responsibilities:Provide direct nursing care to obstetric patients throughout labor, delivery, recovery, and postpartumMonitor maternal and fetal well-being, including fetal heart rate monitoring and assessmentsAssist physicians and providers during deliveries and proceduresEducate patients and families on prenatal, postpartum, and newborn careAdminister medications and treatments according to physician ordersMaintain accurate charting and collaborate closely with the interdisciplinary care teamPromote a safe, patient-centered environment focused on quality outcomesQualifications:Active Texas Registered Nurse (RN) license or compact licenseGraduate of an accredited nursing program (ADN or BSN)BLS certification requiredStrong communication skills and a team-focused mindsetPreferred Skills:NRP or Fetal Monitoring certificationOne year of Labor & Delivery experienceBenefits:Competitive pay up to $48 per hourSmaller hospital setting with manageable patient volume and supportive leadership
