Product Management Director - Agentforce Operations Private Cloud Edition
We are seeking a senior product leader to pave the strategy, roadmap, and execution for a Private Cloud Edition of our SaaS-based Agentforce Operations platform. The role focuses on transforming our commercial SaaS product into a secure, compliant, and supportable edition that can operate inside customer‑owned, isolated, or air‑gapped cloud environments such as defense cloud enclaves, sovereign clouds, and other private deployments.
Responsibilities
Define and execute vision, strategy, and roadmap for the Private Cloud Edition, emphasizing trust, compliance, security, privacy, scalability, accessibility, and enterprise readiness.
Conduct deep dives into product/platform architecture to support key requirements of enterprise customers from both public and private sectors, including secure cloud operations, AI/ML‑enabled decision support, and operational resilience.
Lead the definition, planning, and delivery of feature work and compliance efforts, coordinating across development, testing, UX/design, security, legal, and ops teams.
Collaborate closely with customers, partners, Forward Deployed Engineers, UX, and User Research & Insights teams to identify opportunities and validate solutions.
Refine pricing and packaging model focused on customer outcomes and drive the go‑to‑market strategy and execution for new products and features.
Lead cross‑functional product launch activities, ensuring sales and marketing teams are equipped to drive adoption and revenue.
Evangelize product value internally and externally to enterprise and government customers, prospects, and at industry events.
Establish and track clear success metrics and ensure visible progress toward closing gaps and maturing capabilities with each release.
Qualifications
10+ years of product management, technical product management, platform product, or enterprise software experience.
5+ years of experience with SaaS, cloud platforms, infrastructure, security, or enterprise application platforms.
Demonstrated experience taking complex enterprise software capabilities from strategy through execution, launch, adoption, and lifecycle management.
Strong understanding of modern SaaS architecture, including multi‑tenancy, identity and access management, data isolation, APIs, integration, observability, release management, and cloud operations.
Experience with secure cloud environments, regulated industries, government customers, or highly controlled enterprise deployments.
Working knowledge of cloud infrastructure concepts (IaaS, PaaS, SaaS) across AWS, Azure, Google Cloud, or private cloud environments.
Strong familiarity with security and compliance concepts such as encryption, key management, vulnerability management, access controls, audit logging, least privilege, secure SDLC, incident response, and compliance evidence collection.
Ability to translate complex security, compliance, and infrastructure requirements into actionable product requirements.
Strong executive communication skills and stakeholder management, with the ability to influence and align senior stakeholders across product, engineering, security, legal, compliance, risk, sales, and customer organizations.
Experience working with large enterprise customers, government agencies, defense contractors, or system integrator partners.
Excellent written communication skills, including PRDs, strategy documents, roadmap narratives, customer‑facing explanations, and executive updates.
Preferred Qualifications
Preferred a U.S. citizen (U.S. born or naturalized) living on U.S. soil who does not hold dual citizenship and can meet government screening standards.
Strong technical background in computer science, engineering, cybersecurity, cloud infrastructure, or enterprise architecture.
Experience with private cloud, single‑tenant SaaS, dedicated cloud, sovereign cloud, hybrid cloud, or air‑gapped deployment models.
Familiarity with Kubernetes, containers, infrastructure as code, CI/CD, hardened images, STIGs, FIPS‑validated cryptography, SBOMs, artifact repositories, and secure software supply chain practices.
Experience building or operating products for FedRAMP, DoD IL4/IL5/IL6, DISA SRG, NIST 800‑53, RMF, CMMC, ITAR, CJIS, or similar regulated environments.
Experience with government cloud environments such as AWS GovCloud, Azure Government, Oracle Government/Defense Cloud, or agency‑owned cloud enclaves.
Active or prior U.S. government security clearance is a plus.
Experience with Authority to Operate processes, security assessment packages, control inheritance, continuous monitoring, Plan of Action and Milestones, and evidence collection.
Experience working with federal system integrators, defense contractors, public sector sales teams, or government acquisition processes.

In the United States, compensation offered will be determined by factors such as location, job level, job‑related knowledge, skills, and experience. Certain roles may be eligible for incentive compensation, equity, and benefits. The typical base salary range for this position is $197,300 – $313,700 annually. The range represents base salary only and does not include company bonus, incentive for sales roles, equity or benefits, as applicable.
