Registered Dietitian

Therapeutic Intervention Services, PLLC provides a variety of clinical and non-clinical services to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities residing in the community and receiving services through Kentucky's Supports for Community Living (SCL) Medicaid waiver. Our agency is currently seeking dietitians to provide services to SCL waiver participants in and around the Louisville, KY area. Job responsibilities include: completion of a nutrition assessment, development of nutritional plans for individuals, nutrition education for clients and caregivers, and ongoing consultative support for clients and caregivers who assist with plan implementation. Services typically take place in the individual’s home, but may also include assistance and training with shopping, meal planning, and meal preparation. These services are reimbursed to the contractor by our agency at a rate of $66 per billable hour. Working schedule, caseload composition, and caseload size are flexible and at the discretion of the contractor. Previous experience with individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities is preferred, but not required.
