Project Manager

Summary / ObjectiveResponsible for successfully completing construction projects in alignment with safety, budget, quality, and schedule goals. Evaluates project scope, prepares accurate proposals and budgets, and develops project plans to ensure profitability and client satisfaction. Serves as the primary point of contact, coordinating all internal and external stakeholders.Key ResponsibilitiesPlan, direct, and coordinate all phases of construction projects to ensure on-time and within-budget delivery.Prepare and review project proposals, estimates, drawings, and specifications.Obtain and manage required permits (building, erosion control, dewatering).Manage scope changes, including pricing, estimates, and change orders.Coordinate with Superintendents, Project Engineers, Assistant PMs, subcontractors, architects, and owners.Maintain client relationships and support business development efforts.Provide regular project updates and participate in meetings.Review/approve invoices, submit pay applications, manage job costs, and issue POs and subcontracts.Resolve project issues and stakeholder disputes.Conduct job cost and performance analysis.Ensure adherence to safety and quality standards.Mentor and support junior team members.QualificationsBachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field (or equivalent experience).Project Management certification preferred (e.g., PMP).4–6 years of construction project management experience.Skills & CompetenciesAbility to read and interpret construction drawings and codes.Strong multitasking and project management skills.Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.Strong budgeting and cost control knowledge.Leadership and mentoring capability.Willingness to travel to job sites.Valid driver's license with clean record.
