JANITOR - RIVERSIDE

Immediate Hire Available Duties include, but are not limited to: Clean and maintain floors by sweeping, mopping, scrubbing, and vacuuming to ensure all areas remain clean, safe, and presentable. Clean windows, mirrors, glass surfaces, and high-touch areas to maintain a professional and sanitary environment. Sanitize and restock restrooms, including replacing soap, paper products, and other necessary supplies. Remove trash and recyclables from designated areas and properly dispose of waste in accordance with company procedures. Maintain cleaning logs and inspection charts to document completed tasks and ensure quality standards are met. Monitor and replenish janitorial and maintenance supplies while keeping storage and supply areas organized and clean. Safely operate cleaning equipment and follow all safety procedures when handling chemicals and tools. Report unsafe conditions, damages, maintenance issues, or repair needs to supervisors in a timely manner. Perform general custodial duties and assist with deep cleaning projects as needed while working independently or as part of a team. Schedule: Part-time schedule with consistent weekly hours (28 hours a week) Monday: 12 - 22:30 (10 hours) Wednesday: 12-22:30 (10 hours) Friday:12-2:30 (8 hours)
