Right now, we're looking for a Senior Product Manager (Marketplace) to join our Product Management department. As the Senior PM, you will ensure successful delivery of our marketplace solutions and be deeply involved in the product lifecycle from conception to launch and beyond. This position is pivotal in driving marketplace growth, connecting service providers with customers, and advancing our platform to meet evolving market demands. The ideal candidate will thrive in a dynamic environment and have excellent communication and interpersonal skills to successfully collaborate across multiple teams.What You'll Be Doing: Develop and communicate the Autura Marketplace product roadmap, vision, and strategy focused on both buyer and seller experiences as we optimize the platformConduct market research and competitive analysis to identify marketplace trends, pricing strategies, and partnership opportunitiesDefine and prioritize marketplace enhancements based on customer feedback, market demands, and business goalsPartner closely with engineering, sales, and business development teams to ensure alignment for marketplace goals, resourcing, and roadmapsEffectively communicate with all stakeholders including marketplace sellers and customers on timelines, product plans, and progressEnsure marketplace products meet the needs and expectations of both service providers and end customers, identifying opportunities for platform expansion and new revenue streamsUtilize marketplace analytics, conversion metrics, and product management tooling to track, monitor, and analyze overall platform performance, making data-driven decisions for improvements to product and processAbout You: 5+ years' experience in Product Management with a focus on marketplaces, preferably within the automotive industryProven track record of managing successful marketplace or two-sided platformsExperience with marketplace business models, vendor management, and multi-stakeholder ecosystemsExcellent leadership skills and ability to establish expectations across diverse user groupsStrong strategic thinking and analytical skills with experience in marketplace metrics and KPIsProficiency in product management tools and methodologiesAbility to work effectively in a fast paced, dynamic environmentWho We Are & Benefits: Autura is committed to providing modernized benefits and cultural perks.Competitive pay and annual performance reviews Option for 100% fully paid benefits package including health, dental, vision 401(k) with a matching company contribution Open Paid Time Off 100% Remote work Autura is dedicated to creating an equitable, inclusive, and supportive work environment that brings people together from diverse backgrounds, experiences, and perspectives.
