Production Operator - 4x10 Second Shift

WE OFFER: $1000 Sign-On Bonus Excellent health care benefit package Company-paid life and disability insurance 401k plan with dollar-for-dollar matching up to 6% Generous Paid-Time-Off program 10 Paid Holidays Longevity Bonus Education reimbursement Position Description: The Production Operator maintains the Blow Mold equipment in proper running condition Knows and monitors all parameters of the machines, including downtime and quality issues and the proper communication thereof Responds to alarms and other situations in a prompt and remedial fashion Understands the processing aspects of the blow mold machine, conducts scheduled quality checks and reports any defect to the shift coordinator and the Quality Technician Properly corrects and completes detailed paperwork concerning production data, heldware, downtime and machine reports in a timely manner Correctly inputs all SPC data in a timely fashion Trouble shoots the machines and communicates any problems to the shift coordinator and/or Maintenance team Maintains a safe and clean work area The Production Operator also practices good safety procedures throughout the shift Participates in continuous improvement projects on unscheduled time Various other tasks as assigned Requirements: Experience in Blow Molding or Injection Molding is a plus.
