Inbound Operations Supervisor

YOUR ROLE Are you a leader passionate about logistics? Join us to supervise daily operations in our Logistics Department, ensuring cost-efficient and standard-compliant processing of inbound consolidations. WHAT YOU’LL DO Oversee all department activities and provide training. Conduct annual performance reviews and address employee issues promptly. Develop excellent service for internal and external customers. Manage documentation and ensure timely processing. Monitor freight arrivals and communicate status to customers. WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR Education & Experience: High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field preferred. Minimum 4 years of relevant experience, including 1 year in a supervisory role. Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office and job-specific software. Strong mathematical skills. Characteristics: Demonstrated leadership, customer-focused, and effective at delegating tasks.
