You will work closely with a multidisciplinary team to help patients regain physical, cognitive, and emotional functions, promoting independence and improving their quality of life.Job specificationCandidate requirementsJob specificationDeliver individualized, evidence-based nursing care to patients with brain injuries in an inpatient rehab setting.Administer medications, monitor patient progress, and provide regular assessments to ensure optimal recovery.Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement personalized care plans.Educate patients and their families on rehabilitation goals, treatment strategies, and ongoing care needs.Utilize critical thinking to assess changes in patient conditions and intervene appropriately.Document patient care and treatment plans accurately, ensuring all actions comply with legal and ethical standards.Participate in patient safety initiatives and contribute to the overall rehabilitation process.Foster a positive environment that encourages patient motivation and engagement in their recovery process.
