Job Description: To supervise and manage Command Center personnel as well as overview operating system. Supervisors must be able to create work schedules as well as trouble shoot system software. Supervisors will also act as a continual security presence for our clients and their assets. Supervisor must be the liaison between our clients, guard personnel, and law enforcement, providing critical information gathered and reported to company management, clients, and law enforcement personnel. Supervisors must be able to professionally assist clients, guards, and law enforcement personnel in the gathering and reporting of sensitive information. Supervisors must possess a patient and friendly attitude during high-stress situations, and MUST have a willingness to work flexible schedules to include holidays. Requirements: A minimum of 6 months of operator experience Clear understanding of system software Ability to troubleshoot system software Create staff work schedules Flexible scheduling Ability to learn and understand basic computer training on a unique operating system(s) Must be able to pass company background check, with no prior criminal convictions, pending criminal charges, or active arrest warrants Job Responsibilities: Supervise operator personnel Make weekly operator work schedules Understand, maintain, and troubleshoot unique operating systems Monitor multiple customer sites via camera systems (referred to as virtual “rounds” of site) Document and report on virtual rounds performed Document and report any irregular activity observed during virtual rounds Continually check and troubleshoot existing software's for proper performance (training is provided) Customer relations skills involved in both verbal and email contact with clients and law enforcement personnel Basic office skills including, but not limited to answering phones, taking messages, inputting data, creating written reports, and filing Assist clients, guard personnel, and law enforcement personnel with date requests and product information Complete data and client updates on computer systems Skills: Ability to communicate clearly and professionally, both verbally and in writing Strong communication skills Working knowledge of basic computer skills (i.e. email systems, following basic computer commands, etc.) Educational Requirements: High School diploma Job details Posted: September 25, 2021 Location: Detroit, MI Team: Command Center Team Job type: Full Time
