Human Resources Manager

We inspire your well way of life through Integral Answers, Personal Guidance, Lifetime Impact and Evidence-based Progress.The HR Manager will work closely with business leaders in the following areas: (a) talent acquisition; (b) colleague engagement and development, (c) policy compliance; (d) investigations and workplace concerns; (e) strategic workforce planning and succession planning and serve as a stragegic thought partner to business leaders. The principal outcomes of this role are to grow the organization by identifying, recruiting, developing, and retaining talent. The role works collaboratively with HRDs and additional HR and business colleagues.ResponsibilitiesTalent Development & Performance ManagementSupport the tracking, succession planning, and measurement of key talent management and retention initiatives across field operationsPartner with business leaders to provide guidance on performance management, including performance assessments, improvement plans, and development strategiesDesign and facilitate individual and group training programs to develop and retain high-potential leadersStrengthen the talent pipeline through workforce planning and career development initiativesEmployee RelationsAdvise field leadership on complex employee relations matters, ensuring fair and consistent resolutionConduct thorough, timely investigations and provide actionable recommendationsMonitor and audit compliance with HR policies and employment laws (federal, state, and local)Deliver training on legal, safety, and compliance topicsCollaborate with legal counsel and HR leadership to respond to agency inquiries (EEOC, DOL, etc.)Talent AcquisitionPartner with recruiters and hiring managers to support full-cycle recruitment and onboarding effortsParticipate in interviews and candidate evaluation to ensure high-quality hiring decisionsCoordinate closely with business leaders and HR teams to ensure a seamless transition of qualified candidatesGuide leaders through workforce planning and requisition processesHR Projects & ProgramsLead and support key HR initiatives, including performance management cycles, employee engagement surveys, and merit planning processesEnsure timely execution and continuous improvement of HR programs for assigned client groupsQualificationsWHAT YOU'LL NEED TO BE SUCCESSFULPrior knowledge of position/industry with 3-5 years previous experience in same or related field/Must have a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experienceValid driver's license with acceptable driving historyWhat You'll Receive As a Canyon Ranch ColleagueUse of services and facilities including the spa, fitness classes, lectures, and overnight stays at all Canyon Ranch locations nationwide.Generous health plan including Health, Dental and Vision after 30 days of employment25 Days of time off including personal, sick and and holiday time offSupplemental Health care options including Accidental, Critical Illness and Hospital careEmployer-paid life insurance and Employee Assistance ProgramPaid Maternity leaveCompensationThe annual salary range for this position is $74,000-$87,500.The wage range for this role may take into account factors for compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure or certifications; and other business and organizational needs.LOCATIONThis position is based onsite at our new CR Austin Resort, located in the Hill Country area of Spicewood, TX.
