CNA Instructor

We are currently searching for an instructor driven by the success of student achievements. Preferred qualified candidates should have the ability to: Present well prepared facilitative classroom lectures and activities consistent with the course syllabus. Facilitate student success in meeting or surpassing course objectives contained in the syllabus. Promote the development and effective use of skills in areas such as critical and analytical thinking, evaluation, communication, computation, problem solving and decision-making. Continually evaluate student preparation and assessments. Provide students with timely academic information and feedback. Assist management with driving retention rates. Complete associated administrative functions within established time frames Maintain professional integrity Job Requirements LVN/RN certification or license required 3 years' experience in the medical field (ACCET) Experience with Medical Terminology, all Patient Vitals, Patient Chart, and all medical clinical skills Prior adult instructional experience is preferred, but not required Highly organized and detail oriented Excellent communication skills Consistently display the highest levels of integrity Job Type: Full-time Benefits: 401(k) Dental insurance Employee assistance program Health insurance Life insurance Paid time off Retirement plan Vision insurance Work Location: In person
