Assistant Manager

Duties: Assist the manager in overseeing daily operations of the restaurant. - Provide excellent customer service and assist customers with inquiries or concerns - Maintain a clean and organized work environment - Assist in training and supervising staff members - Monitor inventory levels and place orders as needed - Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures -Responsibilities include, but not limited to, managing employees FOH and BOH, inventory, cash handling, securing the building, POS management and scheduling. Qualifications: -Previous experience in a similar role is required -3yr. Restaurant experience -1yr.
