Job DescriptionJob Role: AI/ML EngineerJob Location: Minnetonka, MN(Onsite)Job type: Full TimeSalary Range: $100000 to $120000/Annum + Full Time BenefitsMust Have Technical/Functional SkillRole SummaryWe are seeking a senior, hands on AI/ML Engineer contractor with expert level Python skills and proven experience delivering end to end agentic AI systems to accelerate development of an enterprise AI platform on Azure Databricks.This role is a strong individual contributor position, requiring deep hands on coding and ownership from design through production.Design and build agentic AI frameworks end to end, including planning, execution, memory, tool orchestration, and evaluation (not limited to data preparation or tool integration)Engineer Databricks Lakehouse / Medallion architectures (Bronze, Silver, Gold) using PySpark, Spark SQL, and Delta LakeDeliver ML ready datasets, feature engineering pipelines, and Feature Store implementations that unblock Data ScientistsOwn MLOps foundations using Azure ML and MLflow, including training, validation, promotion, monitoring, and retraining orchestrationIntegrate ML models and agentic AI workflows into production grade systemsOperate confidently in PHI/PII regulated environments, enforcing security, governance, and complianceScale delivery rapidly in a fast moving, scale up environmentThis role requires deep hands on Python development, strong experience with agent orchestration frameworks (e.g., LangChain, LangGraph, CrewAI, or comparable custom implementations), and a proven record of delivering production AI systems in regulated enterprises.Diverse Lynx LLC is an Equal Employment Opportunity employer.
