Providers must be available for a minimum of 5 shifts per month (preferred 8 10) with ongoing availability for 12+ months . Position Details* Start: As soon as credentialed (approx. 60+ days) * Shift Options: 8:00 AM 8:00 PM or 8:00 PM 8:00 AM * Annual ED Volume: 18,527 visits * Average Patients: per provider per shift * ED Beds: 11 * Fast Track: Yes * Trauma Level: None * Admissions from ED: 17% * Transfers: * EMR: Allscripts/ParagonClinical Environment* Physician supervises Advanced Practice Providers (APPs) * ED physicians write admission orders * Deliveries routed directly to Labor & Delivery * Access to on-call consultants including Radiology, Cardiology, Pulmonology, Gastroenterology, Urology, and Hematology/OncologyRequirements* Board Certified (ABMS/AOA) in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine * Active Ohio medical license (IMLC accepted with LOQ within 3 business days of acceptance) * ACLS, ATLS, BLS, PALS, and NRP certifications * Minimum 2+ years of recent Emergency Medicine experience * COVID-19 vaccination required * Clean background and malpractice history * NPDB self-query required at time of name clear * Availability for nights and weekendsAdditional Notes* Medical staff fees not reimbursed * All travel must be booked through the vendor* No overtime allowedby Jobble
