In this role, you will build relationships with HR and business leaders, understand their organizational priorities, and recommend the company's solutions, including career transition, leadership development, coaching, and workforce transformation services.This position combines strategic account management and consultative business development, working with clients to identify workforce challenges and implement solutions that support organizational performance and employee success.Success in this role comes from building strong client relationships, understanding workforce needs, and identifying opportunities where our solutions can create meaningful impact.Key ResponsibilitiesClient Partnership & Relationship ManagementBuild and maintain strong relationships with HR and business leaders across assigned client organizations. Serve as a trusted advisor and primary point of contact for talent and workforce solutions.Consultative Client EngagementPartner with clients to understand workforce challenges such as restructuring, leadership development, talent mobility, and organizational change. Recommend tailored solutions that support both business performance and employee success.Account Growth & Business DevelopmentIdentify opportunities within existing and new client relationships to expand core services. Collaborate with internal experts to deliver solutions aligned with client needs.Strategic Account PlanningDevelop account strategies and engagement plans that deepen client relationships and drive sustainable growth across the portfolio.Solution Delivery & CollaborationWork closely with internal delivery teams to ensure solutions are implemented successfully and clients receive a high-quality experience.Market AwarenessStay informed on workforce trends, industry challenges, and HR priorities in order to proactively support clients with relevant insights and solutions.Qualifications5+ years of professional experience in HR, consulting, client management, or professional servicesStrong relationship-building and communication skillsAbility to engage effectively with senior leaders and HR executivesStrong attention to detail and project management skillsAbility to analyze client needs and develop strategic account plansComfortable working in a client-facing, consultative environmentExperience managing multiple priorities and client relationshipsWillingness to travel locally as neededBachelor’s degree preferredTypical Performance MetricsRevenue growth and quota achievementClient retention and relationship expansionCustomer satisfaction (NPS) and engagement scoresCompensation & BenefitsBase Salary + Portfolio Commission StructureComprehensive Benefits Package (medical, dental, vision)Generous Paid Time OffFlexible Work Environment – Work from home with local travel to client meetings as neededHybrid Collaboration – In-office presence approximately 2 times per month for team meetings and collaborationCompany InformationClient name and additional information will be shared with qualified applicants selected to move forward in the process.
