This role sits at the center of Technology, Cybersecurity, and Business teams, driving alignment, execution, and measurable outcomes across large-scale programs.If you thrive in complex environments and enjoy turning strategy into execution—this is a great opportunity to make an impact.What You’ll DoLead end-to-end ERP and enterprise programs, ensuring delivery aligns with business goalsBuild and manage roadmaps, timelines, dependencies, and milestonesPartner across Tech, Cybersecurity, and Business units to drive execution and consistencyTrack and report on program health (budget, schedule, ROI, KPIs/OKRs)Drive risk identification and mitigation strategiesCollaborate with Finance & Procurement on budgeting, forecasting, and vendor strategyDevelop TCO (Total Cost of Ownership) and delivery cost insightsContinuously improve program governance, frameworks, and delivery processes What You Bring8+ years of program/project management experience in ERP or enterprise tech environmentsProven success leading complex, cross-functional initiativesStrong experience with program governance, risk management, and delivery frameworksAbility to communicate effectively with executives and technical teamsExperience managing KPIs, OKRs, budgets, and program performance metricsBackground partnering with Finance/Procurement on cost management Nice to HaveExperience with ERP implementations (SAP, Oracle, Workday)Exposure to Agile, SAFe, or hybrid delivery modelsVendor management & strategy experienceBackground in regulated or cybersecurity-focused environmentsExperience building business cases and financial modelsFamiliarity with Power BI or Tableau for reporting Why This Role?High visibility across executive leadershipOpportunity to lead large-scale transformation initiativesStrong cross-functional collaboration and influenceClear path to long-term conversion
