Role DescriptionThis is a full-time on-site role for a Practice Manager located in Portland, OR. The Practice Manager will oversee daily operations, ensure efficient workflow, manage staff, and oversee budgetary and financial processes. Responsibilities include maintaining high-quality veterinary medical standards, organizing inventory and receipts, implementing and maintaining effective policies and procedures, coordinating with the doctor owners, and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards. The Practice Manager will also play a key role in fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.QualificationsExperience in team leadership, staff management, and collaborative team buildingExperience in the veterinary field with basic knowledge of small animal veterinary medicineFinancial management, budget preparation, and operational efficiency skillsExcellent organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making abilitiesStrong communication, interpersonal, and conflict resolution skillsKnowledge of regulatory compliance and veterinary industry standards is a plusProficiency with office management software and toolsBachelor's degree in business administration, healthcare management, or related field preferred
