Sales Arborist

Sales Arborist (Commission-Based) Location: Sedalia, CO COVA Tree is a locally owned and operated tree and plant health care company serving Douglas County and surrounding communities. We are seeking a knowledgeable and motivated Sales Arborist to help expand our client base and provide expert tree care recommendations. This role focuses on meeting with clients, providing estimates, and converting opportunities into scheduled work. Responsibilities Meet with clients to assess trees and provide estimates for pruning, removals, and plant health care services Respond to leads and complete estimates in accordance with company pricing and guidelines Follow up on open estimates and convert them into scheduled work Conduct client follow-ups and sales calls as needed Work toward monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals Provide weekly sales activity reports Lead Generation Maintain a steady pipeline of leads and sales opportunities Participate in community outreach and networking events Assist with neighborhood canvassing and local marketing efforts Suggest improvements to sales processes and lead generation Team & Customer Relations Maintain strong relationships with field crews and office staff Gather feedback from crews to ensure estimates align with field execution Address customer concerns and ensure a high level of service Qualifications ISA Certified Arborist (required) Experience in tree care, arboriculture, or related industry Strong communication and relationship-building skills Self-motivated with the ability to manage schedule and sales pipeline Valid driver’s license Compensation Commission-Based Position Pay: $75,000.00 - $175,000.00 per year Benefits: Health insurance Work Location: In person
