User Experience Designer

In this role, you will partner closely with product owners, developers, and business stakeholders to design and improve digital products used across a large, enterprise environment. Required Experience & Skills3+ years of experience in UX Design, Product Design, Information Architecture, or similar roleExperience working in an Agile/Scrum environmentStrong background in user research (usability testing, surveys, field research, etc.)Proficiency in wireframing and prototyping tools such as Sketch, Figma, InVision, Axure, Balsamiq, or similarSolid understanding of user-centered design principles and UI/UX best practicesFamiliarity with web technologies (HTML, web architecture concepts)Strong communication and collaboration skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholdersAbility to translate complex ideas into clear, actionable design solutions
