We're partnering with a growing General Contractor in the Indianapolis area seeking Project Managers to support several exciting projects, including a $40M multifamily development, assisted living communities, and large-scale renovation projects.What we're looking for:Project Management experience with a Commercial General ContractorMultifamily, Senior Living, Assisted Living, or similar project experienceAbility to manage projects from preconstruction through closeoutInterest in long-term growth and leadership opportunitiesCompensation:$100,000 - $125,000 base salaryVehicle allowanceBenefits + 401(k)Annual bonus opportunitiesLocation:Carmel, Indiana (preferred local candidates)
