About the RoleWe are seeking an experienced CNC Programmer to support complex, tight-tolerance machining in an AS9100/NADCAP environment. This role programs multi-axis mills and lathes, supports shop-floor operations, and ensures best-in-class manufacturing processes.ResponsibilitiesProgram complex components for:Horizontal machining centersVertical machining centers4-axis, 5-axis, and Y-axis CNC lathesEdit and optimize G & M code, macro programs, and multi-axis toolpathsMaintain program libraries and revision control per NADCAP requirementsProvide shop-floor troubleshooting, machining support, and continuous improvement input (Kaizen, 5S, VSM)Manage program uploads, downloads, storage, and documentationCollaborate with machinists and engineering to improve efficiency and qualityRequired Qualifications4+ years of CNC programming experience (5+ years preferred)Strong knowledge of G-code, M-code, and macro programmingProficient with Mastercam, Esprit, and/or SolidWorksExperience with tight tolerances, GD&T, and blueprint interpretationHands-on experience with CNC lathes and mills (horizontal & vertical)Experience with Fanuc, Okuma, and Mitsubishi/CELOS controlsMust have worked in an AS9100 or NADCAP manufacturing environmentHigh school diploma or GEDMust qualify as a U.S. Person under federal export control lawsPreferred SkillsSix Sigma training or experience with data-driven process improvementStrong organizational and project management skillsAbility to work independently, solve problems, and support a fast-paced production floorJob Disclaimer:Equal Opportunity Employer/Veterans/DisabledBenefit offerings include medical, dental, vision, term life insurance, short-term disability insurance, additional voluntary benefits, commuter benefits and 401K plan.
