Job Overview
The Construction Coordinator plays a key role in supporting telecommunications construction projects by coordinating project documentation, subcontractor invoicing, customer billing, and production tracking activities. This position serves as a liaison between subcontractors, project teams, customers, and internal departments to ensure accurate reporting, timely invoicing, and efficient project execution. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, customer-focused, and able to manage multiple priorities.
Qualifications
Education
• High School Diploma or equivalent required
Experience
• Minimum of one (1) year of customer service, administrative support, project coordination, billing,
or related experience preferred

Key Responsibilities
• Coordinate communication between subcontractors, project teams, and internal
departments.
• Review and interpret construction documentation, including as-built drawings, redlines, work
orders, and supporting project records.
• Prepare reconciliation sheets and support documentation for customer billing.
• Receive, review, and process subcontractor invoices for accuracy and completeness.
• Assist with the preparation and submission of customer billing packets and monthly invoices.
• Maintain project production tracking and provide status updates and reports as required.
• Maintain pricing, tracking, and project documentation spreadsheets.
• Establish and maintain organized project and customer files, both electronic and physical.
• Respond to internal and external inquiries in a professional and timely manner.
• Generate reports and provide project-related data to management and customers as requested.
• Support continuous process improvement efforts and maintain accurate project records.
• Perform additional duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Working Conditions
