If you enjoy hands-on work and want reliable hours with weekly pay, this is a great opportunity to advance your welding career.$24.00$28.00 per hour paid weekly1st shift | MondayThursdayTemp-to-Hire | Full-timeWhat Youll Do as a Welder:Operate manual and semi-automatic welding equipment (GMAW, GTAW, FCAW, SMAW, etc.)Weld components in flat, vertical, and overhead positionsClamp, tack, grind, heat-bend, or bolt parts into required positionsMonitor weld processes to avoid overheating, distortion, and material warpingInspect finished welds for defects and verify measurements using templates and straightedgesUse various welding trade tools, including gas metal arc and shielded metal arc equipmentLay out and properly align parts before assembly using measuring toolsWhat You Need to Bring to the Welder Role:High School Diploma or GEDWelding certification or welding trade school background (per employer requirements)Ability to read and interpret safety rules and operating instructionsAbility to stand, walk, reach, and work with hand tools for the entire shiftAbility to stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl as neededAbility to lift 50+ pounds regularly (with or without accommodations)Strong attention to safety and proper PPE useEnjoy weekly pay, access to health coverage options through Benefits in a Card (including preventative and minimum value plans), and temp-to-hire opportunities for long-term stability where applicable.
