Competitive skilled trades pay based on experienceShift premiums for off-shiftsAll shifts availableLong-term, temp-to-hire opportunityExposure to advanced automation and roboticsSafety-focused, reliability-driven cultureClear growth path from Level I to Senior TechnicianKey Responsibilities: Perform reactive and preventive maintenance using CMMS systemsTroubleshoot mechanical systems on production equipmentMaintain machining centers, grinders, furnaces, and assembly linesSupport conveyors, robotics, automation systems, and pressesPerform lubrication, filter changes, and routine maintenanceWork with hydraulics, pneumatics, and pipe fitting systemsMaintain motors, gearboxes, and mechanical assembliesFabricate components and read blueprintsOperate tool room equipment (mills, grinders, drill press, etc.)Safely operate forklifts, cranes, hoists, and aerial liftsPerform rigging and heavy lifts (Level II / Senior)Assist with welding (TIG, MIG, Stick) as neededSupport Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and continuous improvementFollow MIOSHA safety standards (LOTO, confined space, hot work)Collaborate with internal teams and external vendorsTrain and mentor junior technicians (Level II / Senior)What We're Looking For: Level I: Minimum 3 years of mechanical maintenance experienceStrong troubleshooting skills in manufacturingBasic knowledge of PLCs, CNC controls, hydraulics, and pneumaticsLevel II: Minimum 5 years of mechanical experienceExperience with CMMS and preventive maintenance programsWorking knowledge of automation and roboticsenior Level: 8+ years of mechanical experience (6+ considered based on skill)Advanced troubleshooting and diagnostic abilityExperience with predictive maintenance tools (infrared, vibration, ultrasound)Rigging and crane certifications preferredLeadership and mentoring abilityAll Levels Require: Manufacturing experience (automotive preferred)Own basic tools (excluding specialty tools)Ability to lift up to 35 lbsComfort working in a high-noise production environmentPreferred Qualifications: Automotive manufacturing experienceJourneyman certification (Senior level preferred)Spanish and/or German language skillsWhy Work with Qualified Staffing?
