Job Description The Licensed Insurance Producer plays a vital role within our sales team, specializing in the consultation and sale of a diverse range of insurance products including Property & Casualty, Life, Commercial, and Health Insurance. This position focuses on fostering strong client relationships, providing expert guidance, and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards to meet and exceed assigned sales goals. Responsibilities * Consult with clients to assess their insurance needs and recommend appropriate policies * Drive policy sales to achieve monthly quotas and maximize commission-based earnings * Assist clients with claims processing and provide ongoing support * Maintain and manage client relationships to ensure satisfaction and retention * Generate leads and identify new business opportunities * Maintain in-depth product knowledge across multiple insurance lines * Ensure strict adherence to regulatory requirements and company policies * Utilize CRM software, quoting tools, and office applications for efficient sales and client management Required Qualifications * Minimum of 1 year experience in insurance sales
