## About the RoleSynergy Business Innovation & Solutions is seeking a hands-on Full Stack Java Architect/Engineer to lead the architecture and development of software products that enable change, growth, and flexibility. This customer-facing technical leadership role works across the full software development lifecycle and collaborates with cross-functional teams in a scaled Agile environment.The role combines Java, JavaScript, database, web application, API, security, and enterprise architecture expertise. The successful candidate will guide architectural decisions, establish development standards and patterns, support complex software assets, collaborate with Technical Leads and Scrum Masters, and contribute at the highest technical level across application development, systems analysis, and data manipulation.## Key Responsibilities* Lead full life cycle software architecture, design, and development for software products.* Serve as a customer-facing technical leader within development and cross-functional teams.* Develop and support complex Spring and OSGi Java software assets.* Develop and support browser-based single-page applications using Ext JS, Material UI, and custom JavaScript.* Develop full-stack solutions using JavaScript, Java, and PostgreSQL.* Develop and support Atlassian Jira, Confluence, and Crowd plugins.* Design and integrate web APIs using REST, SOAP, and custom interfaces.* Apply web security patterns such as OAuth and CAS.* Use Git for source control and collaborate through Jira and Confluence.* Advise on architectural patterns, templates, development practices, coding standards, and application metrics.* Manage adherence to non-functional requirements for applications.* Maintain the as-built catalog describing system architecture and application behavior.* Drive architectural vision and roadmaps for applications.* Design scalable applications and reduce dependency blocking using SOLID design principles.* Design software solutions based on customer requirements using class diagrams, component diagrams, and entity relationship PostgreSQL or Oracle.* Experience with Angular.* Experience with Maven or Gradle.* Experience developing and supporting complex Java software applications.* Experience developing browser-based single-page applications.* Experience with web APIs, REST, SOAP, and custom APIs.* Experience with web security patterns such as OAuth and CAS.* Experience using Git.* Experience with Jira and
