The LPNs will provide critical clinical and administrative services, including DNA collection, tuberculosis testing, data entry, and compliance with federal health, privacy, and security standardsLicensure Requirements Full, current, and unrestricted LPN license License valid in the District of Columbia or any U.S. jurisdictionCertifications & Training Current CPR certification Training in universal precautions and infection control standardsBackground & Eligibility Requirements U.S. citizen or lawfully permitted resident with valid work authorization Minimum age of 21 years Must pass CSOSA background check May require DCSA background investigation (if applicable)Medical Requirements Annual TB testing or chest x-ray documentation Free from communicable diseases No illegal drug useSecurity & Compliance Requirements Completion of Information Security and Privacy training Signed Non-Disclosure Agreement (Attachment J-4) Compliance with HIPAA, 42 CFR Part 2, and CSOSA confidentiality policies Maintain proper chain of custody for DNA samplesFunctional Capability Requirements Perform DNA collection (buccal swabs) Administer and read Mantoux Tuberculin Skin Tests (TST) Accurately document results in the SMART system within 24 hours Maintain daily logs, track no-shows/refusals, and manage inventory Ensure ≥ 99% accuracy in collection and documentationPlease send me your most updated resume to mcastillo@rielesgroup.com
