Customers fly across the country and know our staff by name, you are becoming apart of the brand.The Events Manager will be responsible for managing all incoming event inquiries, nurturing client relationships, and selling our event packages and products to corporate and private clients across the U.S. This role requires excellent communication, organization, and sales skills — with the ability to represent the Rancher Hat Bar brand professionally and enthusiastically.You'll collaborate daily with our existing Events Manager, working as a team to ensure every inquiry receives a same-day response and that each event runs smoothly from first contact to final execution.Key ResponsibilitiesRespond promptly (same-day) to all new event inquiries via email and phoneSchedule and conduct both virtual and in-person meetings with clientsSell event packages and products to nationwide companies and organizationsPrepare proposals, pricing sheets, and follow-up communicationsManage balance sheets and spreadsheets forMaintain accurate and organized event and client records using Google Suite (Sheets, Docs, Calendar, Drive)Collaborate with the current Events Manager to ensure consistent communication and seamless event planningTrack leads, sales, and performance metrics in spreadsheets and CRM toolsOutreach and bring your own leads inAssist in planning logistics for corporate, retail, and promotional eventsRepresent the Rancher Hat Bar brand with professionalism, enthusiasm, and attention to detailAssist in warehouse and pack bags forHandle all invoicing/spreadsheets with accounts receivable and work closely with accountant.QualificationsSales or event coordination experienceStrong written and verbal communication skillsExperience using Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Calendar, Drive)Highly organized with exceptional follow-up and multitasking abilitiesComfortable with both client-facing sales and administrative dutiesTeam player who thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced environmentConfident, friendly, and customer-service focused personalityCompensation & ScheduleFull-time, salaried position with commission opportunitiesMonday–Friday, 9 AM–5 PMOccasional travel or weekend hours may be required for special events
