Server Assistant - Fine Dining

Server Assistant / Rooftop Bar Support (Fine Dining & Seasonal Rooftop) The Station 100 is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Server Assistant to join our fine-dining team. This role is perfect for someone who takes pride in polished service, enjoys working in an elevated restaurant environment, and is comfortable assisting with bar service when our seasonal rooftop opens. About the Role: As a Server Assistant, you’ll play a key role in supporting our dining room team by ensuring seamless service, impeccable table presentation, and a smooth guest experience. During the rooftop season, this position will also assist with bar operations, helping maintain an energetic, organized, and welcoming atmosphere.
