Dive into hand-made artisan products at our production facility and retail locations or go behind the bar at our vibrant tasting rooms in downtown Albuquerque and Santa Fe.The Driver / Warehouse Associate is responsible for the safe and timely transport of inventory, supplies, and finished goods between Los Poblanos' warehouse, production facility, retail locations, and vendor or customer sites. Working closely with the warehouse team, this role ensures that deliveries and pickups are coordinated with shipping schedules and purchase orders while maintaining accurate documentation of all transported materials.Duties & Responsibilities:Safely operate company trucks and vans for local deliveries and pickups between Los Poblanos properties, vendors, and customersLoad and unload merchandise, verifying items against delivery manifests and purchase ordersPlan and follow efficient delivery routes to ensure on-time arrivals and departuresTrack and document exact shipment arrival and departure timesInspect vehicles before and after each trip, completing daily vehicle inspection reportsMaintain truck or van by following preventive maintenance schedules and promptly reporting any mechanical issues or needed repairsCoordinate with the warehouse team to prioritize and schedule deliveriesRecord and report any damaged, missing, or impaired merchandise discovered during transportOperate forklift, pallet jack, hand trucks, and dollies when loading or unloadingEnter delivery and logistics data into inventory software programs accurately and promptlyMaintain a clean and organized vehicle interior, cargo area, and loading dock workspaceComply with all traffic laws, company safety policies, and Department of Transportation regulationsContribute to the overall warehouse team effort by assisting with receiving, stocking, and order preparation as time allowsEssential Job Functions:Drive company vehicles to complete scheduled deliveries and pickups across all Los Poblanos locations and external sitesVerify the accuracy of all outgoing and incoming shipments by checking quantities, labels, and product conditionMaintain a valid driver's license and a clean driving record; CDL preferred but not required, depending on vehicle classLift and move packages and materials weighing up to 50 lbs regularly, and up to 75 lbs occasionallyCommunicate effectively with warehouse staff, managers, vendors, and customers to resolve delivery issuesEnsure compliance with all applicable safety, vehicle, and transportation regulationsRequirements:Valid state driver's license with a clean driving recordStrong attention to detail and organizational skillsAbility to work independently and manage time effectivelyMust be able to pass a background check and motor vehicle record reviewPreferred:Previous experience in delivery driving, warehouse operations, or a similar role preferredFamiliarity with local Albuquerque and Santa Fe area roads and routes
