This role includes plumbing diagnostics, fixture installations, drain cleaning, system troubleshooting, and repair work while maintaining strong communication with customers, dispatch, and office teams. You will also maintain an organized service vehicle, document service work accurately, and participate in ongoing technical training and team development. Strong customer communication skills, professionalism, and the ability to build trust with homeowners are essential.
