The Customer Service Representative will work closely with customers, vendors, and the sales team while helping ensure smooth day-to-day operations.Key Responsibilities IncludeProviding outstanding day-to-day customer support and serviceSupporting the sales team with customer needs and account coordinationProcessing and managing customer orders accurately and efficientlyCommunicating and collaborating with vendorsMonitoring and helping manage product inventory levelsWe're Looking For Someone Who Brings5+ years of customer service and/or purchasing experienceStrong attention to detail and a high level of accuracyProficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and OutlookA customer-focused mindset with excellent communication skillsA positive attitude and team-oriented approachThis is an on-site position located near West Valley City, Utah, with a Monday-Friday schedule from 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.If this sounds like the right opportunity for you-or someone you know-we'd love to hear from you.
