Primary Care Physician Compensation: $231,000 $300,000 annually (based on experience)Job Type: Full-time, Mondays to Fridays 8-5 PM or 4 day (10 hour shift available).Location: Greater Sacramento area, CA (Multiple locations available)We are seeking a full-time Family Practice or Internal Medicine Physician to join a mission-driven community health center serving diverse and underserved populations. This role offers the opportunity to provide comprehensive, patient-centered care in a collaborative outpatient setting.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide comprehensive outpatient medical care within scope of practicePerform history and physical exams, develop differential diagnoses, and create treatment plansOrder and interpret laboratory, imaging, and diagnostic testsPrescribe medications and initiate appropriate therapiesCoordinate referrals and specialty consultations when indicatedProvide culturally and linguistically appropriate patient educationCollaborate with multidisciplinary care teams to ensure integrated care deliveryMaintain productivity standards while delivering high-quality careComplete accurate and timely documentation in the electronic health recordReview and sign clinical reports (labs, consults, imaging) promptlySubmit billing and coding documentation in a timely mannerParticipate in continuing education and maintain all required licensure and certifications
