If you have great focus, attention to detail, and the desire to get things done right, this is the job for you.Job Details:Expected Pay: $19 - $21/hrHours: 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. PSTType of Work: Full-Time, HybridLocation: Las Vegas, NVJob Requirements:At least 2 years of Customer Service experience (required)Excellent interpersonal, analytical, written, and oral communication skillsAbility to work well in a dynamic environment with a high degree of multi-taskingDemonstrable record of understanding and meeting customer expectationsProficiency with Microsoft Office and Windows-based computer applicationsWork productively with minimal supervisionCan do, positive demeanorWhat You'll Do: Provide customer support for client inquiries through the CE Portal, email, phone, etc.Available as a point of contact for any and all matters specific to our clients.Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client and interdepartmental relationships.Develop a trusted advisor relationship with the client and client representatives.Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions to client needs and objectives.Clearly communicate the progress of initiatives to internal and external stakeholders.Manage client engagement by providing timely response times and clear communication.Be a key contributor in client satisfaction.Effectively utilize internal and external systems (OMS/WMS/Carrier Portals) to assist in case resolution.Collaborate with Sales, IT, Operations, and Finance.Perform all other relevant duties as assigned.Additional Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision Insurance401(k) with Company MatchFlex Paid Time Off & Paid HolidaysBi-Weekly Pay Schedule & Access to Earned Pay Same Day
