Thank you!We are seeking a hands-on Salesforce Application Manager to lead Agile teams responsible for the design, development, and support of enterprise Salesforce applications. This role will oversee platform delivery, production support, system reliability, and ongoing modernization efforts.Key ResponsibilitiesLead technical teams delivering Salesforce solutions across Service Cloud and Field Service Lightning.Oversee development, integrations, data models, security, and platform best practices.Manage production support, incident response, outage resolution, and root cause analysis.Drive system reliability, scalability, release management, DevOps practices, and governance.Partner with business and technology stakeholders to prioritize enhancements and support the Salesforce roadmap.Mentor team members and communicate system health, risks, and delivery progress to leadership.Required Qualifications10+ years of experience leading application development or enterprise technology teams.Hands-on experience with Salesforce Service Cloud and Field Service Lightning.Strong Salesforce development knowledge, including Apex, Lightning Web Components, integrations, and data modeling.Experience supporting high-availability enterprise systems.Strong understanding of DevOps, CI/CD, release management, and application governance.Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.Preferred QualificationsSalesforce certifications such as Platform Developer, Service Cloud Consultant, or Field Service Consultant.Experience with enterprise integrations, contact center technologies, or service operations environments.Exposure to Salesforce AI, automation, or intelligent workflow tools.
