Licensed Occupational Therapist Assistant

We are looking for a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to join our team. The COTA will work under the supervision of a licensed Occupational Therapist to implement treatment plans, provide therapeutic interventions, and support patients in achieving greater independence in daily living. Responsibilities: Assist in carrying out individualized treatment plans designed by the OT Document patient progress and maintain accurate records Support patients in developing functional and daily living skills Collaborate with the OT and interdisciplinary team to ensure quality care Requirements: Current COTA certification and state licensure Strong communication and teamwork skills Job Type: Full-time Pay: $28.00 - $38.00 per hour Work Location: In person
